Your Data is Yours

You own your bookmarks, tags, and any content you save to LaterVault. We're just here to help you organize it.

We Will NEVER Sell Your Data

Let's be crystal clear: We will NEVER, EVER, EVER sell your personal data. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. Period.

Your bookmarks, your browsing habits, your email — none of it is for sale. We make money by providing a useful service, not by selling you out.

Acceptable Use

Don't use LaterVault for anything illegal or harmful. Don't spam. Don't try to break things. Just be a decent human being and we'll get along fine.

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime from your settings page. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep LaterVault running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes things break. We'll fix them as fast as we can.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LaterVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best, but we can't guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of LaterVault means you accept any updates.
